L’evento ha lo scopo di divulgare una metodologia innovativa per l’esercizio della professione legale in forma aggregata, focalizzata sull’ottenimento di un miglior equilibrio tra lavoro e vita personale, e in linea con i principi della sostenibilità.
Dal Regno Unito arriva infatti un nuovo modello di studio legale basato su diversi elementi chiave di novità sia a livello di rapporto fra avvocato e firm, sia di governance dello studio, così come di piattaforme abilitanti utilizzate – siano esse practice, community o luoghi come i business centre e gli spazi di coworking.
Il modello offre inoltre vantaggi economici che andremo ad esplorare insieme in questo incontro.
