Alla scadenza dei mandati si è proceduto, d’intesa con la Corte, ad una rotazione negli incarichi di Presidente e Coordinatore della Commissione Arbitration e ADR e di Componente della Nomination Commission.
Hanno assunto i ruoli di Presidente e Coordinatrice della Commissione Arbitration and ADR rispettivamente Giacomo Rojas Elgueta e Cristina Martinetti.

La Nomination Commission è stata riorganizzata in coerenza con le indicazioni su avvicendamento, incompatibilità e diversità. Ne fanno parte Maria Chiara Malaguti (Presidente), Valentine Chessa, Roberto Lipari, Domenico Pauciulo e Carlo Santoro.

Il Presidente Pietrabissa e il Segretario Generale Barbara De Donno hanno espresso gratitudine a Maria Beatrice Deli, Valentina Allotti, Massimo Benedettelli, Andrea Carlevaris e Ferdinando Emanuele per l’attività finora svolta con dedizione ed elevata professionalità e hanno augurato buon lavoro a chi ha assunto i nuovi incarichi.
