Programme
In today’s complex and global business landscape, effective dispute management requires proactive and informed decision-making well before conflicts escalate. Companies can reduce costs, preserve business relationships, and achieve more favorable outcomes by identifying risks early, aligning legal strategy with business objectives, and selecting the most appropriate tools — be they arbitration, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
The III ICC Italia Arbitration Forum will bring together users, counsel, arbitrators and institutions to explore how integrated strategies can prevent disputes from escalating and ensure they are resolved efficiently. Drawing on real-world experiences from a range of industries and the entire spectrum of ICC dispute resolution services, the forum will provide valuable insights into aligning arbitration with the ever-changing demands of the business world.
