È disponibile la terza edizione della “Guida Internazionale al Contratto di Agenzia”, a cura dello Studio Rödl & Partner, Associato ICC Italia, e dei suoi professionisti attivi in tutto il mondo.
Dopo le precedenti pubblicazioni del 2008 e 2017, questa nuova versione si presenta completamente rivisitata e ampliata, includendo ben 59 giurisdizioni.

In un contesto economico globale sempre più complesso, l’opera analizza le normative e la giurisprudenza più recenti nei principali Paesi coinvolti nell’export italiano, fornendo indicazioni pratiche su temi cruciali come indennità, legge applicabile, esclusiva e gestione della fine del rapporto.
